If there was a mark higher they would definetly receive it. I have a friend who I sent flowers to at his hotel and wanted a few extras included not in their shop. Pat went out of her way to accomodate my request and the arrangement was beautiful. Pat's wonderful attitude sold me on their shop, I had called quite a few other places and nobody was as kind and personable as she was. VERY NICE, WONDERFUL, only florist I will ever use when my friend works in Baltimore again! Thank YOu so much Pat, you made his stay!

The family that received this bouquet said it was absolutely gorgeous with white roses larger than they had ever seen before. They loved it.
